Grow FAT with FAT CAT

In a usual ice cream store, there are probably Matcha, Peach and Watermelon-flavoured ice cream. BUT, at Fat Cat Ice Cream Bar, they have Sea Salt Matcha, White Peach Sangria and Watermelon Soju flavours. Undoubtedly, Fat Cat is here to bring your taste buds on an adventure! Perhaps you don’t really fancy fruity flavours, no worries! Fat Cat offers flavours with a tinge of savoury aftertaste- Strawberry Cheesecake, Pistachio, Butterscotch and… SPECIALLY FOR FANS OF HARRY POTTER, they do have BUTTER BEER FLAVOUR! Now, if that’s still too sweet for you, you can always add on a serving of salted egg yolk sauce to boost the taste!

I enjoy having my ice cream with waffles so I chose the waffle set which comes with two scoops of ice cream (Butter beer & barley tea flavoured), some caramel sauce, lavender flowers and chocolate sauce. The waffle was thick, crispy and fragrant and it makes a really great combination with the ice cream.
