Hello Urbanites! Back with our second last post for this 25 day journey! Something unique this time - THE X-FACTOR. You sense it the moment you step into the French fine dining restaurant: from the stylish 70-seater restaurant with eclectic furnishings, an interactive kitchen with a custom-built matte-black and rose-gold Molteni oven taking centrestage; to the Isabelle Miaja interiors, complete with small romantic yet functional spotlights for that warm golden glow.

The Cured Salmon ($25) — A colourful plate that features an artfully rolled up salmon that's been cured with homemade apple cider and complemented with mandolin-sliced cucumbers, pickled cauliflower, dill and coriander pearls, and Tobiko. Light, flavourful, and thankfully not overbearingly salty.

Lamb Confit ($38) — Chef Paulo plates up medallions of Lamb Confit with schmears of ginger carrot puree, kenya beans and asparagus bundles. The vegetables help to tone down the lamb’s gaminess, helping to balance out the dish.
