Hello everyone!
Bringing back some yoghurt fun on day 25, more specifically Froyo fun. Introducting llao llao that has managed to grab the entire country's attention by its attractive green spoon and a variety of toppings. It was founded in 2009 in Spain where in it became the market leader in less than 3 years. The secret to their business success is the way they produce this frozen yoghurt. i.e. natural product that is full of goodness, is made on the premises, on demand and is served creamy at 5ºC. Together with the fact it is easily combined with other ingredients, this creates a new concept that goes far beyond the term ‘dessert’, making it part of one's diet.

It is made from skimmed milk at the time of serving and combined with the finest toppings (from freshly chopped seasonal fruits to cereals, crunchy toppings and delicious sauces), making it even more delicious and healthy.
This particular llao llao consists of mini cookies, crunch, caramelised biscuit sauce and cranberries. There are many other mind-blowing sauces such as mango, peach, cherry, chocolate, honey, wild strawberries, chococrock, rum and raisin etc. However, my favourite has got to be the Dulce de leche (creamy caramel sauce) HANDS DOWN.

The $6.50 Sanum plus: new combinations of frozen yogurt + 3 layers of fruit + 2 layers of crunchy toppings and your choice of sauce. Ideal for a yummy boost of vitamins, fibre and minerals.
Health Benefits
Here are some of the energetic values of llao llao. More importantly, it has low fat content and is a good source of calcium and proteins. It would be a preferable choice for most health conscious people since you won't gain additional calories as compared to other frozen yoghurt places.
However, the only problem with llao llao is the long queues outside the outlets that can get very frustrating for its customers. All though, it is worth mentioning that the queues have dramatically reduced due t the increased popularity of llao llao which had let to more number of outlets in Singapore.
